A supplier sets an MOQ to cover setup costs: raw material purchasing, production scheduling, and export paperwork. The higher the per unit setup effort, the higher the MOQ tends to be.

• Make sure every item appears on the packing list and commercial invoice with its own HS code.

• Can you combine these specific models in one container?
• What is the MOQ for each model in the mix?
• What is the total loaded weight, and how close is it to the container limit?
• Will there be one set of export documents for the whole load?
