In writing, before you pay
The manufacturer's export warranty is confirmed in your Proforma Invoice before you pay. Spare parts are available through SINOTRUK and SHACMAN's international networks, and every truck ships with a starter spare-parts kit. After delivery, our WhatsApp line stays open for parts and technical support.
Straight answers
What is the minimum order?
One unit. Single trucks ship by RoRo or in a 40ft container; mixed orders of different models in one container are welcome.
Is my payment safe?
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% against the B/L copy, so you never pay the full amount before your trucks are made and inspected. We also accept Letters of Credit. Before any transfer, verify our company registration on gsxt.gov.cn and check that the beneficiary bank name matches our licence.

How long until my trucks arrive?
Standard production lead time is 30 days from deposit; in-stock units ship faster. Sea freight depends on your port. We quote door-to-port transit time with every quotation.
