Price and cost
How much is a HOWO truck?
A refurbished HOWO 371 dump truck or tractor head starts at USD 16,000. A new tractor head starts at USD 29,000. These are EXW prices at our yard in Jining, China. The written quotation gives the exact price for your configuration.

No. Our prices are EXW Jining. Sea freight rates change week to week, so we quote freight to your port (Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Lagos, Tema and others) when your truck is ready to ship. Import duty, taxes and clearing in your country are separate.
What is the price after refurbishment?
It depends on the level. A standard refurbishment replaces wearing parts without opening the engine, gearbox or rear axle. A high-standard rebuild dismantles and overhauls all three, so it costs more.

Truck condition
Do you sell new and refurbished trucks?
Yes. We sell brand-new HOWO and SHACMAN trucks and used trucks that we refurbish in our workshop in Jiaxiang, Shandong, before export.
What year is the truck, and what is the mileage?
Every refurbished truck is a different used unit, so the year and hours differ. Tell us your country first: some countries, Kenya among them, limit the age of imported used trucks, and we match a truck that meets the rule. After your deposit you receive an inspection report with engine hours.
Are the engine and gearbox new on a refurbished truck?
Not new, but at the high-standard level the engine, gearbox and axles are dismantled and overhauled. At the standard level they are not dismantled; filters, oil, belts and damaged wearing parts are replaced and leaks are repaired.
Will you change the tyres?
The high-standard rebuild renews the tyres, battery, brake system and hydraulic seals. At the standard level, damaged wearing parts are replaced.
Do you have right-hand drive trucks?
Yes. We supply right-hand drive for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia, and left-hand drive for Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia and other markets.
Can you change the specification, for example for mining work?
Send us the specification you need. We confirm what can be done on the truck and quote each change separately.
Seeing the truck and trusting the seller
Can I get a real video of the truck?
Yes. We send real photos and videos, never studio pictures, and we can show you the truck on a live video call at any time.
Do you give an inspection report?
Yes. For a refurbished truck, after your deposit you receive an inspection report with engine hours, plus photos and video of the truck, before the refurbishment starts.
How do I know you are a real company?
We are Jining Ruidite Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., registration number (USCC) 91370800MAEQHBPC6A, which you can check on China's official register at gsxt.gov.cn. Pay only into a company account in that name. You can tour our workshop in 360°, book a video call, or visit us.

Payment, delivery and paperwork
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (T/T): 30% deposit to start, 70% before shipment.
How long until the truck ships?
The truck is usually at the Chinese port 30–45 working days after your deposit. Sailing time depends on your port, so delivery in one or two weeks is not realistic.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The engine, gearbox and rear axle carry a 12-month warranty. Wear parts are not covered.
Can I buy just one truck?
Yes. The minimum order is one truck, and you can mix models in one order.
Who handles import duty and clearing?
Your clearing agent handles duty and clearance in your country. We provide the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Our country guides explain the rules for each market.
