- Oil leaks repaired, cab cleaned, full repaint
- Tipping/lifting and brake systems tested
High-standard refurbished (full rebuild)
- Engine, gearbox and axles dismantled and overhauled
- Chassis sandblasted and anti-corrosion painted
- Brake system, hydraulic seals, tyres and battery renewed
- Cab renovated and road-tested under heavy load

How buying a used HOWO from us works
- 01Tell us what you need. Model, refurbishment level, left- or right-hand drive, quantity and destination port.
- 02Receive a written quotation. We match a truck to your request and send a quotation for the agreed refurbishment level.
- 03Pay the 30% deposit. You receive an inspection report with engine hours, plus photos and video of your truck, before the refurbishment starts.
- 04Check the finished truck. We send photos and videos of the finished truck, or show it to you on a live video call. Then you pay the 70% balance.
- 05Shipping and documents. We book freight to your port and send the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

How much is a used HOWO truck?

What is the difference between used and refurbished?
Every truck we sell as refurbished started as a used truck. We repair it before export: wearing parts, leaks, paint and brake checks at the standard level, plus a full overhaul of the engine, gearbox and axles at the high-standard level.
Can I choose left-hand or right-hand drive?
Yes. Right-hand drive for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia; left-hand drive for Nigeria, Ghana and Ethiopia. Tell us your country and the quotation states the drive side.
How do I know the truck is in good condition?
After your deposit you receive an inspection report with engine hours, plus photos and video of your truck, before the refurbishment starts. You can book a live video call at any time, and you are welcome to visit the workshop in Jining.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The engine, gearbox and rear axle carry a 12-month warranty. Wear parts are not covered.
How long does it take?
The truck is usually at the Chinese port 30–45 working days after your deposit. Sailing time depends on your port.
